Hiring in the region runs on a scatter of job boards, CV inboxes and WhatsApp forwards. Candidates fire the same CV at dozens of listings with no feedback; employers drown in unqualified applications and lose good people to slow, disjointed processes. The friction sits squarely in the middle — the matching and the conversation — where nobody owns the experience.
The opportunity was a genuinely two-sided platform: a candidate app that makes finding and applying to relevant roles effortless, an employer dashboard that turns a flood of applicants into a manageable shortlist, and a matching layer that connects the right people to the right roles instead of leaving both sides to sift.
Because both sides must feel modern and trustworthy, the product had to be fast, clean and mobile-first for candidates, while giving employers real tools — pipelines, filtering and direct chat — to move from posting to hire without leaving the platform.
