A premium salon and spa delivered a beautiful in-chair experience, then asked clients to book it through phone calls and direct messages. Appointments were juggled in a paper diary, staff schedules were reconciled by hand, and no-shows quietly ate into a fully-booked day. The booking experience did not match the brand — and in beauty, the experience is the brand.
